The CSA Certified Flame Sensing Fire Pit Kit by American Fireglass incorporates safety features that set it apart from basic Match Lit or Spark Ignition systems. It monitors the flame’s presence, and if it extinguishes, the system automatically shuts off the gas flow.
This kit strikes an excellent balance of quality, safety, and easy installation, making it a reliable choice for both residential and commercial fire pits.
The unit arrives pre-assembled and is ready for use with propane. If you choose the natural gas option, a conversion kit is included. Be sure to select the correct gas type when placing your order.
Available in five sizes, the kits increase in length but remain a constant 6″ wide. Each kit is equipped with an appropriately sized Linear T-Burner to ensure optimal flame performance and is for use in outdoor vented natural gas or propane Fire Features ONLY.

Flame Sensing
Flame Sensing Technology provides a layer of safety for your fire pit by monitoring the presence of a flame. If the flame is extinguished, the system automatically shuts off the gas flow, preventing a potentially hazardous gas build-up.
The system features a battery-powered, rapid spark ignition for quick and reliable fire pit lighting.
Control Panel
To turn on your fire pit, turn the control knob to the “on” position and push the red button. You can use the knob to control the flame height.
