Returns and Refunds Policy

Our Refund and Returns Policy:

At The Magic of Fire, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that occasionally a return or refund may be necessary. Please review our policy below for details on our procedures:

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team / fill out our return request form. You will need to provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Please note that certain items, such as those manufactured by The Outdoor Plus, have a different policy because the products are Made to Order (see below).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 days. Please be aware that it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted by your bank or credit card company.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stipulated period, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [customer support email or phone number].

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs if the reason for the return is a customer error. ( e.g. ordered the wrong size ) If the return is the result of an error by The Magic of Fire, then we are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The Outdoor Plus Product Returns Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help. You have a window of 24-48 hours from the moment you place your order to make any changes or cancel without incurring any fees. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want to ensure your experience is as hassle-free as possible.

However, if you need to cancel your order after this initial period of 48 hours, a 25%  fee will be applied. We kindly ask that you take a moment to ensure your order details are accurate before finalizing your purchase, as changes afterward might incur this fee.

Please note, once an order is confirmed beyond the cancellation window, it is considered final. Unfortunately, returns are not possible, and this policy also extends to custom orders, which are specifically tailored to your preferences. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on custom-made items due to their personalized nature.
