HPC Square Flat Fire Pit Kit with Flame Sensing Spark Ignition

The HPC Flame Sensing Push Button Spark Ignition Kits are a mid-tier, CSA-certified solution for fire pits. It features battery-operated spark ignition with integrated flame monitoring for enhanced safety, automatically shutting off gas in the event of flame loss.

Features include adjustable flame height, pilot flame protection, and spider guards on LP models. The pre-assembled kit ensures a straightforward installation and offers the reassurance of a lifetime burner warranty.

Fire Pit Operation

Light: Press and hold the knob, press ignition, hold knob 20 seconds, turn knob to light.

Adjust: Turn knob for flame height.

Off: Turn knob to OFF.

HPC Square Flat Fire Pit Kit with Flame Sensing Spark Ignition Specifications

The Kit comprises a flat pan and penta burner manufactured from #304 stainless steel, a FPPK-HC control box with pilot assembly, and a 36″ whistle-free flex line. The 14″ Kit is fitted with a round burner, all other kits have penta-style burners.

The ignition system comprises a manual spark igniter (AA battery), a standing pilot with a thermocouple, and a safety pilot valve.

Propane configurations feature an air mixer. The 18″ and 24″ models offer a small LP tank option, which includes an additional Gas Line, 6′ total length (2′ Stainless Steel, 4′ Rubber Hose), and a regulator.

The flat inserts are cut from a sheet of 18-gauge, .304 stainless steel and have ¼” weep holes for drainage.
