This 28-inch round stainless steel fire pit lid from American Fire Products is designed to protect the internal components of your fire feature from debris and harsh weather. Durability and Build
Constructed from 304-grade stainless steel with a brushed finish, this lid is built for outdoor longevity. The lid is 1.5″ tall, excluding the heavy-duty, solid chrome centrally located handle.
Compatibility
The 28-Inch lid is specifically designed for the American Fire Products 25-Inch drop-in pan. The pan dimensions refer to its internal diameter; with the 1.25-Inch flange added, the overall diameter is 27.5 Inches. The 28-Inch lid is designed to sit just outside this, and also works with the compatible 29-Inch Round Wind Guard, which encloses both (bought separately).
Important Note on Packaging and SKUs: The manufacturer uses the SKU SS-CV-RSP-25 for this item. Please note that the “25” in the SKU and on the shipping box refers to the compatible pan size, not the physical measurement of the lid. While the box may be labeled 25-inch to match the burner system, the lid itself measures a true 28 inches in diameter to ensure it fully covers the pan and flange. We list them by their actual dimensions, ensuring our customers can easily identify the size they need.
