Push Button Ignitor Mounting Plate is specifically designed for the American Fireglass Spark Ignition Kit range of products.
Its purpose is to provide a stable and easy to install mounting for the Shut Off Valve and the Push Button unit that should be located in an easily accessed position on your fire pit structure.
You may prefer to mount the Shut Off Valve directly into the structure of the fire pit rather than using a mounting plate.
The Shut Off Valve will fit through about two and a half inches of structure. Anything thicker and you will need an extension tube and a longer Key.
The Push Button Ignitor Mounting Plate measures 6.25 inches x 5.5 inches and is pre-drilled with four mounting holes, one in each corner.
Two larger holes towards the center of the plate are also pre-drilled to accommodate the Shut Off Valve and the Push Button Ignition unit.
The plate is manufactured from 304 Grade Stainless Steel for durability and weather resistance. However, we do recommend setting the plate in a position that offers some protection from the weather for the Push Button Unit.
