The Mesa Hammered Copper Fire & Water Bowl from HPC Fire is a hand-hammered, oiled copper design that pairs flame with a controlled water flow. Based on the standard Mesa fire bowl, this version introduces an integrated water scupper while maintaining the same proportions and overall form.
With a 32-inch top diameter, 15-inch base, and a height of 15 inches, the Mesa remains low and grounded, making it well-suited to poolside installations, patios, and structured landscape layouts. Water flows from the scupper in a smooth, even sheet, introducing a subtle visual and ambient layer without overpowering the flame. Flow rate is between 700 and 900 GPH, with adjustment handled using a valve installed after the pump. Final pump and plumbing specifications should be confirmed with a qualified pool or pond professional.
A discreet side access door provides straightforward access for lighting and maintenance. Spacers are provided to raise the bowl by at least 3/4 inch, allowing airflow through the base and supporting proper cooling of internal components.

Select Gas Type
Natural Gas or Propane. Electronic Ignition models are not designed for use with small LP tanks and must be connected to a fixed, permanent gas supply.

Match-Lit
Match Lit Ignition offers a simple, reliable lighting method. A 1/4-turn gas valve is located behind the access door. Open the valve and use a lit taper to ignite the burner.
An external gas shutoff must be installed for safety and maintenance access.
Electronic Ignition On/Off
The CSA Certified Electronic Ignition (EI) System provides advanced safety and control. Operate the fire feature via a wall switch, a timer switch, a compatible smart home system (not included), or an optional remote control.
The system monitors for a flame at all times. If the flame is lost, gas flow is shut off, and the system begins an automatic relight sequence.
A dedicated gas shutoff is required for emergency access and servicing and should not be used to adjust flame height.
This model is available in the 12VAC configuration, ideally suited for installations near pools or water features.
The 12VAC model requires a transformer to be installed at a safe distance from water. HPC Fire Inspired recommends using the HPC/SEBCO 100W Power Supplies (linked below) for reliable performance and proper system operation.
