Pan Features
Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, this pan provides a long-lasting and reliable foundation for your burner system. Key features include:
- Pre-cut knockouts for optional ignition system installation
- Integrated weep holes to assist with drainage
Design Update
Previously, pans were manufactured with fixed welded nipples for burner connection. This updated design removes that limitation, allowing for greater flexibility with different burner gas inlet sizes. All pans now require a compatible Hub Plate.
Compatible Hub Plates
Hub plates are not included (linked at the bottom of the page) and must be selected based on the burner gas inlet size. Two options are available:
- 1/2″ gas inlet – Standard capacity
- 3/4″ gas inlet – High capacity
This allows larger pans (36″ x 36″ and the 42″ x 42″ in this range) to be used with either standard or high-capacity burners.
When sizing your burner, allow a minimum 2-inch clearance between the burner and the pan sidewall. This helps ensure proper flame performance, safe operation, and reduces the risk of overheating or structural damage.
Compatible Hub Plates and Burners
All pans now require a compatible hub plate for burner installation. Hub plates are sold separately (linked below) and must be selected based on the burner gas inlet size. This updated design provides greater flexibility, allowing larger pans to accommodate a wider range of burner sizes.
Previously, pans were manufactured with fixed welded nipples, which limited compatibility.
When sizing your burner, allow approximately a 2-inch clearance between the burner and the inner edge of the surrounding structure. This ensures optimal flame performance, safe operation, and helps prevent overheating or potential damage to the structure.
Order the corresponding hub plate to match the gas inlet size of your burner.
