Operation
- Light: Press and hold the knob, press ignition, hold knob 20 seconds, turn knob to light.
- Adjust: Turn knob for flame height.
- Off: Turn knob to OFF.

The Kit comprises a drop-in pan and penta burner manufactured from #304 stainless steel, a FPPK-HC control box with pilot assembly, and a 36″ whistle-free flex line.
The ignition system comprises a push-button spark igniter (AA battery), a standing pilot with a thermocouple, and a safety pilot valve.
Propane configurations feature an air mixer. The 18″ and 24″ models also offer a small LP tank option, which includes an additional Gas Line, 6′ total length (2′ Stainless Steel, 4′ Rubber Hose), and a regulator.

Sizes correspond to the internal diameter of the pans and do not include the 1.5″ wide lip. The recessed, bowl area of the Insert is 2.5 ” deep.

Installation
HPC Round Drop-In Inserts are designed to simply “drop” into a pre-cut opening in your fire pit structure. The insert’s lip or flange provides support and frames the burn area.
