This replacement control system is designed for HPC Fire Electronic Ignition On/Off fire pit inserts and burner kits.
Before purchasing, it is essential to identify the exact part you are replacing. Locate the part number and specification details on your existing valve box, typically found suspended beneath the burner pan or insert. Most of the required system information is listed on the specification plate attached to the valve box.
You must carefully match all options to ensure a correct replacement. Incorrect selections will result in an incompatible system. Please note that this listing is specifically for On/Off control systems. If you require an HPC Hi/Low Electronic Ignition Control System Replacement, please refer to the separate listing.
This replacement Electronic Ignition FCS box for On/Off units is supplied fully assembled and ready for installation. This component only replaces the control system equipment mounted beneath your existing burner pan; it does not include the burner & pan.

Options
Select Size
This refers to the insert size, which is not listed on the specification plate. Control systems differ between Small inserts or pans (up to 19 inches in diameter) and Large inserts or pans (over 19 inches in diameter). Only round and square pans may fall into the Small category. Linear troughs, interlinks, and rectangular H-burner inserts begin at 24 inches and are all classified as Large.
Select Burner
HPC Electronic Ignition inserts are available with two burner styles: a traditional drilled-hole burner or a Torpedo-style burner with nozzles.
Select Gas Type
Choose between Natural Gas or Propane. These configurations are not interchangeable.
Select Voltage
Available in 110 VAC, 24 VAC, and 12 VAC. The 12 and 24 VAC are low-voltage systems.
Select BTU Rating
There are 18 BTU configurations available. Each system is precisely tuned, so it is important to select the correct rating.
