The Carmen is a long narrow fire pit. It is 72 Inches long with 2 height options, 16 Inches and 24 Inches. The 24-inch high model has an access door for storing a 20lb Propane gas bottle within the structure.

Every Carmen Fire Pit is handcrafted utilizing color-matched GFRC ensuring durability and aesthetic longevity, as the color is integrated throughout the concrete.
Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) offers numerous benefits that set it apart from traditional concrete materials. The manufacturing process of GRFC Concrete Fire Pits results in a lighter yet more resilient product compared to standard concrete.
Options
Gas Type
Available for use with Natural Gas and Propane. It’s essential to choose the appropriate gas type since the Fire Pit Natural Gas setup is incompatible with Propane, and vice versa.
Ignition Type
There are 5 options
Match Lit
The Match Lit system utilizes the chrome key valve installed on the fire pit structure to light the burner.
Simply turn the key to the on position and light the gas with a match, taper, or lighter. The flame can be adjusted and turned off using the key valve.
Match Lit with Flame Sensing (LC Certified)
These systems operate in the same manner as the standard Match Lit systems. However, they also incorporate technology that monitors the flame.
If the flame were to extinguish accidentally, the gas supply would be shut off. This action prevents the build-up of a potentially dangerous gas cloud.
Flame Sensing with Spark Ignition
Spark Ignition systems utilize battery power to provide a push-button ignition of the flame via a control panel on the fire pit.
This unit also incorporates Flame Sensing technology which will automatically turn off the gas supply if the flame accidentally extinguishes.
110VAC Electronic Ignition – Plug & play (CSA Certified)
Standard Voltage (110 Volt) Electronic Ignition systems can be used with fire pits anywhere that power can be installed but not close to water (see Low Voltage below).
The Electronic Ignition has Flame Sensing but will also automatically relight if the flame is blown out.
The Units can be wired up to a standard light switch, a dial timer or an emergency stop button, and a smart house system. An upgrade to include a Remote Control system is available.
12VAC Electronic Ignition – Low Voltage (CSA Certified)
Low-voltage Electronic Ignition systems should be utilized when the installation is close to water features, fountains, etc., and are ideal to use with fire pits for pools.
The Electronic Ignition system has Flame Sensing that will automatically relight if the flame is blown out.
The Units can be wired up to an on/off switch, a timer, a remote control, a pool controller, or a smart house system. Upgrades to a remote-controlled unit or a Bluetooth system are available. Bluetooth is both Android and Apple iOS compatible.
Choosing The Color
Because a GFRC Concrete Fire Pit is made to order, there will be slight variations in each order’s final color and texture.
Once you have selected your color, we recommend you request a sample of your color choice be sent to you for your final approval. Each of The Outdoor Plus Company’s fire pits is made to order; therefore, all sales are final.

Bullet Burner Upgrade
The Standard Burner can be upgraded to a Bullet Burner which produces approximately twice the flame height of an equivalently rated Standard Burner.
