1/4 Inch Platinum Reflective Fire Glass by American Fire Products is a bright, diamond-like silver that brings a touch of elegance to any setting. The reflective surface glitters as it catches the light of the flames, creating a dazzling display indoors or out.
The 1/4″ size gives a finer, denser sparkle and is a popular choice for smaller fire features. For outdoor propane, manufacturers typically recommend 1/2″ glass, as propane is heavier than air and the bigger pieces leave more room for it to rise and disperse. Platinum is available in 1/4″ only, so for a propane feature, browse the Reflective Fire Glass Collection below for a similar shade in 1/2″. The exception is a burner with nozzles designed to stay uncovered, where the glass size doesn’t affect the gas flow.
