This basic kit provides the essential components for your outdoor fire pit. It includes the flat pan, burner, and a manual ignition system with gas connections to help you create a reliable fire pit.
These Kits from American Fire Products are quickly and easily installed with the plumbing hidden beneath the pan for a professional finish.
The Kits are designed for use in outdoor, vented installations ONLY.
Options
This kit is available in five diameters, with dedicated configurations for either Natural Gas or Propane.
The kits comprise the following connections:
- Natural Gas – 34″ Quiet-Flex Gas Line with safety shut-off valve and required fittings.
- Propane – 36″ Rubber Gas Hose with regulator, shut-off valve, an air mixer, and required fittings.
Installation
The pan is designed to sit on a support collar or shelf built into the fire pit structure (see diagram below).
Performance
It is important to verify that your domestic gas supply provides sufficient pressure to support the burner’s BTU. Matching the gas supply to the burner requirements ensures optimum performance, safe operation, and a consistent flame.
