The Pan is constructed from durable 304 stainless steel and includes a linear burner made from the same premium material, featuring the patented brass bullet tips.

The pan maintains a consistent width of 8 inches, while the length varies based on the selected size. Please note that the listed size refers to the internal dimensions of the pan and does not include the 1-inch outer lip. The pan has a depth of 2.5 inches and includes built-in drainage holes.
