Ready-to-Finish fire pit forms or enclosures allow you to quickly construct your fire pit with the freedom to clad the structure with the finish of your choice, matching it perfectly with its surroundings.

All other necessary components are included so you don’t have to shop around.

The Outdoor Plus manufacturers all products in the USA and are made-to-order. 

There is a 2 to 3 week manufacturing period for most products.

● The fire pit forms come in 4 diameters; 48″, 60″, 72″, and 84″.

● There are 2 different height options, 16″ and 24″. The 24-inch high model has an access door for storage of a 20lb. Propane gas bottle within the structure.

● The RTF units can be ordered for use with Natural Gas or Propane.

Ready-to-Finish Round Fire Pit Forms – Components

The Ready-to-Finish fire pit enclosure kits are supplied ready for immediate assembly and contain everything you need except the cladding.

● Rigid steel framework.

● Weather and mold-resisting raw Hardi Board finish.

● The basic model includes a Stainless Steel Drop-In Pan & Burner, a Gas Key Valve with Chrome Key and, Whistle Free Hose, and Stainless Steel Air Vents. The 24″ models include an access door for the storage of a 20lb propane tank.

● The other 4 ignition options will include the installation of the control panel relevant to that system (see below for more details).

The round forms come in 4 different diameters; 48″, 60″ 72″ and 84″. See below for the Pan & Burner details.

Select Height

The round forms come in 2 different heights.
● 16″ Tall
● 24″ Tall – Has a 14″ x 17″ access door for the storage of a 20lb Propane gas bottle within the structure.

Gas Type

Available for use with Natural Gas and Propane.

Ignition Type

The Ready-to-Finish Round Fire Pit Forms have 5 options.

Match Lit

The Match Lit system utilizes the chrome key valve installed on the fire pit structure to light the burner. 

Simply turn the key to the on position and light the gas with a match, taper, or lighter. The flame can be adjusted and turned off using the key valve.

Match Lit with Flame Sensing (LC Certified)

These systems operate in the same manner as the standard Match Lit systems. However, they also incorporate technology that monitors the flame.

If the flame were to extinguish accidentally, the gas supply would be shut off. This action prevents the build-up of a potentially dangerous gas cloud.

Flame Sensing with Spark Ignition

Spark Ignition systems utilize battery power to provide a push-button ignition of the flame via a control panel on the fire pit.

These units also incorporate Flame Sensing technology which will automatically turn off the gas supply if the flame accidentally extinguishes.

110VAC Electronic Ignition – Plug & play (CSA Certified)

Standard Voltage (110 Volt) Electronic Ignition systems can be used with fire pits anywhere that power can be installed and are not close to any water features.

The Electronic Ignition also has Flame Sensing but will automatically relight if the flame is blown out.

The Units can be wired up to a standard light switch, a dial timer or an emergency stop button, and smart house system.  An upgrade to include a Remote Control system is available.

12VAC Electronic Ignition – Low Voltage (CSA Certified)

Low-voltage Electronic Ignition systems should be utilized when the installation is close to water features, fountains, etc., and is ideal to use with a fire pits for pools.

The Electronic Ignition system also has Flame Sensing that will also automatically relight if the flame is blown out. 

The Units can be wired up to an on/off switch, a timer, remote control, pool controller, or smart house system. Upgrades to a Remote Controlled unit or or a Bluetooth system are available. Bluetooth is both Android and Apple iOS compatible.

Pan & Burner

Both Pan & Burner are made from high quality Stainless Steel.

Burners have a Lifetime Warranty

Electronic Ignition systems are CSA Certified at 65,000 BTU Rating.

● Round 48″ diameter Form – 19″ Drop-In Pan – 12″ Single Ring Burner – 65,000 BTU rating  
● Round 60″ diameter Form – 19″ Drop-In Pan – 12″ Single Ring Burner –  65,000 BTU rating 
● Round 72″ diameter Form – 31″ Drop-In Pan – 18″ Double Ring Burner –  160,000 BTU rating
● Round 84″ diameter Form – 37″ Drop-In Pan – 18″ Double Ring Burner –  160,000 BTU rating 

Bullet Burner Upgrade

The Standard Burners that come with the Ready-to-Finish Round Fire Pit Forms can be upgraded to Bullet Burners which produce approximately twice the flame height of an equivalently rated Standard Burner.
