A Ready-to-Finish fire pit form, also known as a fire pit enclosure allows you to quickly construct your fire pit with the freedom to clad the structure with the finish of your choice, matching it perfectly with its surroundings.

All necessary components (other than the cladding) are included so you don’t have to shop around.

The Outdoor Plus manufactures all products to order in the USA with a 2 to 3-week manufacturing period for most products.

• The fire pit forms come in 6 sizes; 48″, 60″, 72″, 84″, 96″ and 108″.
• There are 2 different height options, 16″ and 24″. The 24-inch high model has an access door for storage of a 20lb. Propane gas bottle within the structure.
• The RTF units can be ordered for use with Natural Gas or Propane.

Components

Our Outdoor Fire Pit Enclosures come fully prepared for immediate assembly. They include all the essential components needed to build your fire pit—except for the cladding. This allows you the freedom to customize the look with your choice of cladding material, ensuring it matches your outdoor space and personal style.

• Rigid steel framework.
• Weather and mold-resisting raw cement board finish.
• The basic model includes a Stainless Steel Drop-In Pan with a Burner, a Gas Key Valve with a Chrome Key, a Whistle Free Hose, and Stainless Steel Air Vents.
• The 24″ models include an access door for the storage of a 20lb propane tank (not included).
• The other 4 ignition options will include the installation of the control panel relevant to that system (see below for more details).

Select Size

The units come in 6 different diameters; 48″, 60″ 72″, 84″, 96″, and 108″. See below for the Pan & Burner details.

Select Height

The units come in 2 different heights.

• 16″ Tall
• 24″ Tall – Has a 14″ x 17″ access door for the storage of a 20lb Propane gas bottle within the structure.

Gas Type

Available for use with Natural Gas and Propane.

Ignition Type

The Ready-to-Finish Fire Pits have 5 options.

Match Lit

The Match Lit system utilizes the chrome key valve installed on the fire pit structure to light the burner.

Simply turn the key to the on position and light the gas with a match, taper, or lighter. The flame can be adjusted and turned off using the key valve.

Match Lit with Flame Sensing (LC Certified)

These systems operate in the same manner as the standard Match Lit systems. However, they also incorporate technology that monitors the flame.

If the flame were to extinguish accidentally, the gas supply would be shut off. This action prevents the build-up of a potentially dangerous gas cloud.

Flame Sensing with Spark Ignition

Spark Ignition systems utilize battery power to provide a push-button ignition of the flame via a control panel on the fire pit.

These units also incorporate Flame Sensing technology which will automatically turn off the gas supply if the flame accidentally extinguishes.

110VAC Electronic Ignition – Plug & play (CSA Certified)

Standard Voltage (110 Volt) Electronic Ignition systems can be used with fire pits anywhere that power can be installed and are not close to any water features.

The Electronic Ignition also has Flame Sensing but will automatically relight if the flame is blown out.

The Units can be wired up to a standard light switch, a dial timer or an emergency stop button, and smart house system.  An upgrade to include a Remote Control system is available.

12VAC Electronic Ignition – Low Voltage (CSA Certified)

Low-voltage Electronic Ignition systems should be utilized when the installation is close to water features, fountains, etc., and are ideal to use with fire pits for pools.

The Electronic Ignition system also has Flame Sensing that will automatically relight if the flame is blown out.

The Units can be wired up to an on/off switch, a timer, a remote control, a pool controller, or a smart house system. Upgrades to a Remote Controlled unit or a Bluetooth system are available. Bluetooth is both Android and Apple iOS compatible.

Both Pan & Burner are made from high-quality Stainless Steel.

Burners have a Lifetime Warranty

Electronic Ignition systems of units with 42″ & 54″ Burners are CSA Certified at 65,000 BTU Rating.

• 48″ x 24″ Form – 36″ x 7″ Drop-In Pan – 30″ Burner – 50,000 BTU rating
• 60″ x 24″ Form – 36″ x 7″ Drop-In Pan – 30″ Burner – 50,000 BTU rating
• 72″ x 24″ Form – 36″ x 7″ Drop-In Pan – 30″ Burner – 50,000 BTU rating
• 84″ x 24″ Form – 48″ x 7″ Drop-In Pan – 42″ Burner – 70,000 BTU rating
• 96″ x 24″ Form – 48″ x 7″ Drop-In Pan – 42″ Burner – 70,000 BTU rating
• 108″ x 24″ Form – 60″ x 7″ Drop-In Pan – 54″ Burner – 90,000 BTU rating

Bullet Burner Upgrade

The Standard Burners can be upgraded to Bullet Burners which produce approximately twice the flame height of an equivalently rated Standard Burner.
