Hand-Hammered Copper Character
Each Maya bowl is individually crafted and hand-hammered, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. The copper features a specialized patina coating that immediately gives the bowl its rich, warm hue right out of the box while slowing down the natural weathering process.

Select Gas Type
Be sure to select the correct gas type, as the Natural Gas setup cannot be used with Propane and vice versa.
Select Burner
There are two burner options: a Standard Burner or a Bullet Burner, which produces approximately twice the flame height. For more information on Bullet Burners, use the link to see details.
Select Ignition
Match Lit (LC Certified)
The Match Lit system requires a separately installed gas valve (not included), such as a chrome key valve, positioned within arm’s reach of the fire bowl.
To ignite, turn the key to the ON position and light the burner with a match, taper, or lighter. You can use the same key valve to adjust the flame or turn it off when you’re done.
Electronic Ignition – Low Voltage (CSA Certified)
Low-voltage electronic ignition systems are perfect for fire features near water, and are ideal to use with fire pits for pools. The Electronic Ignition system will automatically relight if the flame is blown out.
If relighting is unsuccessful, the system shuts off the gas supply.
The Units can be wired up to an on/off switch, a timer, a remote control, a pool controller, or a smart house system. Hand-held remote-controlled upgrades are available.
Optional Extra
Key Valve Installation
Key valves are used to manually light the burner and adjust flame height. They are typically installed on the fire bowl’s supporting structure or pedestal, positioned conveniently near the burner.
If preferred, a key valve can also be installed on the fire bowl itself.
For electronic ignition systems, operation can be controlled via a switch, remote, or app; however, a key valve still allows manual flame adjustment and gas shut-off.

Pedestal Installation Diagrams
Mounting brackets raise the base slightly above the mounting surface, allowing air to draw freely into the base opening for proper ventilation, preventing overheating, and ensuring smooth, safe operation.
