The HPC Square Insert Kit combines high-quality manufacturing, easy installation, and user-friendly operation.

There are three sizes available, an 18″ x 18″, a 24″ x 24″, and a 30″ x 30″.

HPC Uncertified Push Button Kits come unassembled and are for use with Natural Gas ONLY. This is categorized as a Spark Ignition Kit and includes the pan, burner, push-button ignition and igniter, chrome decorative key valve, fittings, and flex line (Pan to Valve).

The push-button spark ignition system is battery-operated and provides effortless control over the fire pit. It comes complete with a stainless steel mounting plate for the spark ignition knob and the gas key valve.

Sizes and BTU Ratings

The HPC Square Flat Fire Pit Kit with Push Button Ignition is available in 3 Sizes:

• The 18″ x 18″ Flat Insert has a 12″ Penta Burner with a BTU rating of 65,000 
• The 24″ x 24″ Flat Insert has an 18″ Penta Burner with a BTU rating of 125,000 
• The 30″ x 30″ Flat Insert has a 24″ Penta Burner with a BTU rating of 200,000 

What is a Non-Certified Fire Pit Kit?

CSA-certified fire features are subject to a BTU limit established by the CSA Certification Standard which varies depending on the type of ignition. In contrast, non-certified equipment is not bound by these restrictions; however, manufacturers may limit the range of kit sizes for a specific ignition system.

The HPC uncertified fire pit kits are completely safe and family-friendly, they are simply classified as a “high-pressure” unit, resulting in a bigger, hotter flame. However, the kits are only available for use with natural gas, and in the case of this HPC Square Flat Fire Pit Kit with Push Button Ignition, 3 sizes.
