HPC Round Unfinished Fire Pit Enclosure Kit with gas Tank storage
This 60″ Round Enclosure is a pre-fabricated fire pit with everything you would need except the final cladding! This provides the flexibility for you to tailor the enclosure to perfectly blend with the aesthetic of its surroundings. Whether you prefer a sleek modern look, a rustic feel, or something entirely unique, having the freedom to select the cladding material gives you the opportunity to create a truly personalized outdoor space.
Pre-Fabrication of the structure simplifies the construction process, removes the guesswork, and significantly reduces construction time, which is ideal for Contractors, Hardscape Companies as well as DIY enthusiasts.
The Enclosure is 60″ in diameter and stands at 23.5 inches tall. This extra height allows for a 20lb propane bottle to be hidden inside, accessed via a stainless steel panel.
The HPC Round Unfinished Fire Pit Enclosure is commercial-grade and boasts a sturdy 22-gauge galvanized steel material with a welded frame and a 1/2” Hardiboard shell finish.
The Enclosure is supplied with a fully assembled HPC Round Insert and Burner with the Ignition System of your choice, the Hardiboard, the Galvanized Steel Framed Enclosure, Access Panel for a Hidden Gas Tank, and Stainless Steel Vents with pre-cut holes in the Hardiboard.
Options
Burner Options
There are two options for burner type. The Torpedo Penta Burner or Standard Penta Burner. Penta refers to the shape of the burner.
The Standard Burner has gas holes drilled into the Stainless Steel. In contrast, the Torpedo version is fitted with precision-engineered nozzles, which according to HPC develop a bigger, warmer flame without excessive gas consumption. Ignition Options
There are two options, Match Lit and Push Button Flame Sensing.
Match Lit
The Match Lit system utilizes the chrome key valve installed on the fire pit structure to light the burner.
Simply turn the key to the on position and light the gas with a match, taper, or lighter. The flame can be adjusted and turned off using the key valve.
Push Button Flame Sensing Kit
Ignited via a spark probe, with the push button on the the valve control panel.
A flame monitoring system automatically cuts off the gas if the flame is extinguished.
This battery-operated system is a good solution when flame sensing is necessary but AC power is unavailable.
