The flat pan design fits cleanly into custom fire features where a flush, seamless look is required. Built without a top lip, the pan sits directly on internal ledge supports within your fire pit structure. Once your chosen fire media is applied, the pan and pan edges disappear completely, leaving only the flame presentation visible.
Configured with smart electronic ignition, this kit ensures reliable lighting under variable weather conditions. Built-in thermo-sensing safety features continuously monitor for flame loss, immediately shutting off gas flow if the flame goes out and attempting an automatic reignition. Installation Considerations
For outdoor use only.
Electronic ignition systems require a minimum of 10″ clearance below the pan. With a manifold, this increases to 15″.
A gas shut-off valve must be installed externally for emergency and maintenance access. A gas key valve is recommended to allow manual flame control.
Proper ventilation of the fire pit enclosure is essential for cooling and venting residual gas. A minimum of two vents on opposing sides is required, each with at least 18 sq. inches of free air space.
Adequate drainage must be provided to prevent water accumulation within the enclosure.
