48 Inch Diameter Sedona Fire Bowl

The Sedona Fire Pit Bowl is manufactured by The Outdoor Plus Company at their facility in California. The company is rightly proud of its Made In America status.

The Sedona is a half-moon-shaped fire pit bowl, a stunning addition to any outdoor entertainment area. It is also available in a larger version, the 60 Inch diameter Sedona Fire Bowl .

Every bowl is handcrafted from color-matched GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete). The color, is cast throughout the concrete, so will not chip or peel off.

Manufacturing a Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete Fire Bowl results in a much lighter, but more robust product than standard concrete. Glass fibers set into the concrete prevent distortion, cracking, and rust.

Ignition

Match Lit

The Match Lit Fire Pit Bowl comes with a chrome key valve installed to light the burner.

Then you simply turn the key to the on position and light the gas with a match, taper, or lighter. The flame can be adjusted and turned off using the key valve.

Match Lit with Flame Sensing (LC Certified)

These systems operate in the same manner as the standard Match Lit systems. However, they also incorporate technology that monitors the flame.

If the flame were to extinguish accidentally, the gas supply would be shut off. This action prevents the build-up of a potentially dangerous gas cloud.

Flame Sensing with Spark Ignition

Spark Ignition systems utilize battery power to provide a push-button ignition of the flame via a control panel on the fire pit.

These units also incorporate Flame Sensing technology which will automatically turn off the gas supply if the flame accidentally extinguishes.

110VAC Electronic Ignition – Plug & play (CSA Certified)

Standard Voltage (110 Volt) Electronic Ignition systems can be used with fire pits anywhere that power can be installed and are not close to any water features.

The Electronic Ignition also has Flame Sensing but will automatically relight if the flame is blown out.

The Units can be wired up to a standard light switch, a dial timer or an emergency stop button, and smart house system.  An upgrade to include a Remote Control system is available.

12VAC Electronic Ignition – Low Voltage (CSA Certified)

Low-voltage Electronic Ignition systems should be utilized when the installation is close to water features, fountains, etc., and is ideal to use with a fire pits for pools.

The Electronic Ignition system also has Flame Sensing that will also automatically relight if the flame is blown out.

The Units can be wired up to an on/off switch, a timer, remote control, pool controller, or smart house system. Upgrades to a Remote Controlled unit or or a Bluetooth system are available. Bluetooth is both Android and Apple iOS compatible.

Upgrade to Bullet Burner

The Standard Burners can be upgraded to Bullet Burners which produce approximately twice the flame height of an equivalently rated Standard Burner.

Gas Type

Be sure to select the correct gas type as the Natural Gas setup cannot be used with Propane and vice a versa.

Color

Choosing the color 

Because a GFRC fire bowl is made to order, there will be slight variations in each order’s final color and texture.

Once you have selected your color, we recommend that you request a sample of your color choice for your final approval. Each of The Outdoor Plus Company’s fire pits is made to order; therefore, all sales are final.
