SST Torpedo Burners From HPC Fire
SST Torpedo Burners from HPC Fire
HPC Fire has been one of the leading manufacturers of fire pit burners for many years. They have a reputation for innovation and manufacturing fire pit equipment with safety as their main criteria.
So when they launch a new product, we should all sit up and take notice, because you can be sure it will be something special.
The new SST Torpedo range of burners does not disappoint. These new burners feature a nozzle that is precision-engineered to produce the biggest flame on the market!
Available in the Penta, Linear, and ‘H’ configuration, the SST Torpedo burners create a more bonfire-like flame than standard burners.
According to HPC, “Our SST Torpedo burner outperforms other products in the big flame niche market when it comes to key features: flame, warranty, brass, and construction.”
What does that mean? Let’s start with the warranty. Like all HPC Fire burners, the new Torpedo Burners qualify for HPCs hassle-free Lifetime Warranty. You can’t get a better Warranty than that!
A couple of the big flame burner manufactures have been making their burners from brass, claiming a more resilient product.
HPC recently conducted some tests comparing the performance of brass against commercial-grade stainless steel. The results were very interesting, as you can see in the Environmental Testing Report at the bottom of the page.
The Torpedo burner is manufactured from commercial grade stainless.
The construction of the new Torpedo range follows HPC tried and tested methods that include a raised central hub and offset gas ports to prevent water ingress into the burner and gas lines.
Providing you can supply the correct amount of gas to the Torpedo burner, then you will get a great-looking flame; it will be the biggest and warmest flame available, all without excessive gas consumption.
Torpedo Burners from HPC Fire - The Icing on the Cake!
From our perspective of offering advice to customers, there are a couple of other advantages that the Torpedo burners provide that we think are worthy of mention.
- You may have noticed in the images that the nozzles on the Torpedo are relatively short compared to other big flame burners. The shorter nozzles, designed to be covered by fire glass or lava rock are entirely hidden. On other big flame burners, the jets must not be covered and stick out the top of your fire glass, which, in our opinion, is not a great look.
- Our second feature is the cost. Brass is an expensive material, especially the quantity required to build even a modest-sized burner. Torpedo Burners from HPC Fire represent excellent value for money when compared to brass burners.
Overall, if you are looking for a fire pit burner, there is a new kid on the block, and the Torpedo Burners from HPC Fire are blowing the competition out of the water!
Important Note: The flame sizes quoted for the Penta Burner in the report is for a standard Penta Burner and not the new Torpedo Penta Burner which produces a considerably larger flame.
