Sanctuary 1 SAN1-30 – Fire Pit / Firegear Outdoors

The Sanctuary 1 fire pit by Firegear Outdoors is a contemporary design available in a range of five colors.

Manufactured from Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete, the Sanctuary 1 is extremely durable and weatherproof. The concrete provides a lovely texture to the finish of the fire pit.

The fire pit stands 16 inches tall, ‘chat ‘ or ‘coffee table’ height, take your pick. It is 56 inches long and 38 inches wide.

The fire pit has a TMSI ignition system. ( Thermocouple Manual Safety with Spark Ignition ). TMSI provides all the advantages of a Push Button Ignition system with the added safety feature of a Flame Sensing feature. The system is powered by batteries and does not require a power feed.

The Thermocouple monitors the flame. Should it extinguish for any reason, the system automatically shuts off the gas supply preventing the build-up of a dangerous gas cloud.

All Sanctuary I units are shipped as Natural Gas ready. If you order the Propane version, it is supplied with a simple to install conversion kit and all necessary instructions.

The fire pit pan and burner are manufactured from 304 Grade Stainless Steel and are CSA Certified to ANS Z21.97-2014/CSA 2.41-2014.

The burner has a rating of 65,000 Btu’s, and the complete unit weighs 430 lb.

As a bonus, the Sanctuary 1 is supplied complete with a tailored Rhinoweave fabric cover.

Rhinoweave is a breathable & water-resistant fabric. The cover has a Spring clinch lock creating a secure fit, and it is machine washable.

Firegear also manufacturer a color-matched Propane Tank Holder, that neatly hides those ugly gas bottles.
