Return & Refund Policy for The Magic Of Fire

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days of date of delivery. Once we receive the returned item The Magic Of Fire will then give a full refund.

Full Refunds will be applied if The Magic Of Fire has supplied the incorrect item or the item is damaged during transit. Ideally the customer should send images of the damage immediately the item is delivered. If the packaging is seriously damaged the customer may refuse to accept the delivery.

If the customer has ordered the wrong size, color or other detail then the customer will be liable for the return shipping costs and any restock fees the manufacturer may apply, as it was not an error of The Magic Of Fire. Please contact before ordering if you have any doubts about size, color etc.

Please allow 5 days for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

The Magic Of Fire will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.

The Outdoor Plus Returns Policy.

Most of The Outdoor Plus products are made to order and therefore have different return policy

If a return is needed due to a mistake by The Outdoor Plus , we will issue a RMA and Return Services Label. When products are received at TOP, credit will be issued for the products and the outgoing freight on the original invoice. 

CUSTOMER ERROR If an RMA is asked for and covers current new products in the original package, we will authorize the return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. When products are received we will issue credit for the original customer cost less a 25% restocking charge. and any restock fees the manufacturer may apply
