The Wind Guard for CF-1224 Burner is manufactured from tempered glass and when assembled measures 28.5 x 15.5 x 5.75 inches.
It is designed specifically for The Outdoor GreatRooms’ Crystal Fire 24 x 12 burner tray.
Glass Wind guards provide a layer of protection between the flame, wind, young hands, pets, and debris.
They also create an extra surface for the reflection of the flames dancing on fire glass.
In breezy conditions, the wind guard keeps the flame steady and centralized, much more comfortable and safer.
There are times when you probably wouldn’t be able to use your fire pit, if you didn’t have a wind guard.

The Outdoor GreatRoom
The Outdoor Greatroom Company was launched in 2003, but its roots reach back to 1975.
Brothers Dan and Ron Shimek formulated the Heat-N-Glow system for indoor gas fireplaces. Joined by brothers Steve and Jerry, they registered fifty patents and became one of the world's largest fireplace manufactures.
In 1987 Heat-N-Glow introduce the concept of the Direct Vent Gas Fireplace. As a result and almost overnight, the indoor hearth industry moved from primarily wood-burning fireplaces to Direct Vent Fireplaces.
Having conquered the indoor gas fireplace industry, in 2003, Dan turned his attention and talents to the outdoor fire features and formed the Outdoor Greatroom Company.
It was very early days in the growth of the outdoor entertainment trend that homeowners started to pick up on. This meant the Outdoor Greatroom Company was the first to enter the gas fire pit category and position the Outdoor Greatroom as the leading experts on the concept of outdoor fire.
Today, the Outdoor Greatroom Company has a broad range of handcrafted fire pits manufactured at their facility in Minnesota.
The fire pits are made from durable outdoor rated materials and are certified by either UL, ULC, or CE to ensure the products provide the highest degree of safety.
Many of their products feature the Crystal Fire® Plus Burner Technology, which the company states are the 'best and most reliable in the industry.'
With designs that range from the traditional to the contemporary, you would be hard-pressed not to find the ideal fire pit for your outdoor entertainment area.
